1. Agreement
By using RuntimeJS services, you agree to these Terms. If you're entering into them on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind that organization.
2. License to the software
The open-source RuntimeJS library is licensed under the MIT License. Pro and Enterprise add-ons are licensed under a separate commercial agreement.
3. Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
4. Payment
Subscriptions are billed in USD via Stripe. Pro is $49 per developer per month; Enterprise is $299 per seat per month. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the services to violate law, infringe rights, transmit malware, or interfere with the service. See our Acceptable Use Policy.
6. Intellectual property
RuntimeJS, the cyan node logo, and all trademarks are the property of RuntimeJS Inc. You retain ownership of your code.
7. Warranty disclaimer
The services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent allowed by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RuntimeJS' aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
